About Us - How alltolled.com got started The alltolled.com website was created December of 2006 by a handful of Central Indiana residents to provide accurate information, in plain English, about proposed legislation for privatized toll roads during the Indiana 2007 Legislative Session. The site grew to provide valuable county-specific information as the number of grass roots organizations erupted throughout Indiana. We added contact information for elected officials in the affected counties, in order to save the grass roots county groups the work involved in collecting such information. It now provides email support for any of those groups who want it. alltolled.com provides one of several networks for the many grass roots groups throughout Indiana who are opposed to privatized toll roads. And even greater in scope is the growing alliance of Indiana's groups with others throughout the United States. Our links reflect the intra-state and inter-state network of concerned citizens alarmed at the movement to overturn the FREEway system in America. Pat Andrews maintains the site, using documentation gathered by a number of groups within Indiana. She is a neighborhood activist in Indianapolis. Jan and Bill Boyd are also involved, primarily interacting with the site's visitors through comments@alltolled.com and qustions@alltolled.com. The Boyd's are Indianapolis residents whose Greene County farm is in the proposed path of new terrain I-69.
